When you’ve been making pizza as long as our family has, you know what makes a pie truly special. To us, it always starts with the dough. We give ours 5 simple ingredients and give it 5 full days to rise to perfection. Then we follow that with a 24hr warm proof. It’s the foundation of our Silician pan pizza with pillowy insides and crispy edges and it’s the backbone of our NY-style pies. That, my friends, is the type of dough you can count on through thick and thin. Perfect for stacking up the best sauce, cheese and ingredients you can find this side of Italy.

Dough Counter is proudly brought to you by the Marco’s Coal-Fired family. Mark & Kristy Dym, kids Zack Dym and Samantha Monterosso and bonus child Jaime Avina developed Marco’s Coal-Fired into Colorado’s premier destination for Verace Pizza Napoletana.

Over the years, our pizza passion has grown and evolved, now with Dough Counter we mean to bring two additional delicious pizza styles, New York and Sicilian, to our Colorado community.  We are pizza people.  We are passionate, hungry cooks. We are dedicated to the method, taught by tradition, and excited to share this inclusive concept with you!  We mean to bring our community a high quality product, handmade taste and touch, craveable consistency.
